Return and exchange policy

You can exchange and return goods of good quality within 14
calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Swimwear is non-returnable but can be exchanged within 14
days of receiving your order, provided it has not been used and
all tags and packaging are intact.

Exchanges and returns are accepted if the goods have not been used,
are in good condition, have retained their consumer properties, seals,
factory labels, and original packaging, and are accompanied by a document
confirming the fact of purchase.

Return and exchange procedure
● Within Ukraine, exchanges are possible using the services of the carrier company
Nova Poshta in accordance with the company’s tariffs.
● Outside Ukraine, exchanges are carried out using state or
private carriers at the customer’s expense.
● You can exchange or return goods within 14 days from the moment of
receipt of the goods.
